I came home to a wonderful package from Skip Hop. This was sent after Grayson did their ad (remember?). I love this stuff!

228 | 365 : School Shopping

Its that time of year: school shopping! I don't usually buy too much clothes wise since the weather hasn't changed, but I always get shoes. The girls picked their sneakers. If you couldn't tell the size difference, I bet you could tell whose are whose based on the colors.

Remember when Grayson modeled for Skip Hop back in the beginning of the year? The ads have come out! Its funny seeing Grayson in things like this. Thank you Skip Hop for the experience. I can't post the ad photos, so sorry for the quality of this one. Its hard to take a pic of the screen with an actual camera.

Sydney and Grayson were picked awhile ago to rep a brand called Camplight Apparel, which pays it forward for every shirt that is bought. I tried to get a normal pic of them today but it seems like they would rather pose like it's an Abercrombie ad or something.

The sass on my soon to be 5 year old is incredible. Here Sydney is, in the yard, dictating how her OLDER sister and younger brother should be acting. She had no idea I was taking this photo! Sidetone: she picked this dress out at H&M on her own, and I wish I had one in my size.

Sydney and I are both the same in that we try to randomly use different styles. I am trying something slightly different with editing for this one photo, she is trying a different headscarf or headband every few seconds. Neither of us are particularly thrilled with our choices right now, but thats how you discover new things, right?

136 | 365 : My Birthday

Today is my birthday, and I turned 32. I like to reflect a bit, and see what has happened over the last year. I've been through some very stressful this year, my running is so much a part of my life that I have gotten down to a little over and 8 min mile (go me!), became a sea glass addict, and have watched my children blossom.  I have seen my photography business grow, and have reconnected with one of my oldest and closest friend.s. All in all, even with setbacks and drama (who doesn't have that?) its been a pretty damn good year. Now lets eat cake!!

Today I got some hand me down tees from a British friend I had met on IG years ago. I also received new Babiators sunglasses the same day. I love happy mail! And Grayson is completely ace now. Top from Next.

115 | 365 : Twinning

I've always loved Vans, and I was so happy to get myself a new pair, and a pair for Grayson as well. I'm still surprised at how small his feet are right now (6.5 toddler at age 3?). I am still in kids sizes at almost 32 (my birthday is May 16th), so I guessI shouldn't be surprised.

100 | 365 : Imagination

I love Sydney's imagination. Every day she changes into a different costume or outfit multiple times. Today we started as Anna from Frozen, was Sophia until lunch, and just was Sully from Monsters University for most of the afternoon. I hear her getting changed into "fancy" pajamas now. I never want her imagination daydreams to end. Side note: I made it to day 100 for Project 365. Woo hoo!!!

Grayson's personality is really coming out these days. He's such a comedian every single day. Its so funny to see my boy come out of his shell and be so goofy! Top by H&M, hat by Oshkosh.

I want winter to end just as much as the next person (be gone sickness from my house!), but one thing I will miss is beanies. It was a stylish and easy way to cover up bad hair days for both myself and Grayson. His favorite beanie from H&M.

Happy St Patrick's Day! I'm only Irish by marriage, but I love this holiday, because everything is my favorite color: green! It's this little green eyed leprechaun's too, so he was more than happy to wear his green Lolly Lu Designs bowtie to celebrate.

068 | 365 : Goofy

Grayson has a new goofy habit. If he tells a joke, or if he finds something funny, he now covers his mouth as he giggles. I think its adorable. Hat by H&M, shirt by Whistle and Flute.

061 | 365 : Happy Mail

I love happy mail! Today we received a package from Lolly Lu Designs, who makes wonderful bow ties for little boys. They were so sweet to send Grayson all of these. I can't wait to have him model them. They remind me so much of spring, which we are all desperately looking forward to!

057 | 365 : Baby Socks

I love baby socks. All fun colors, super comfy, and so small. Luckily Grayson has tiny feet so I can still have my fill of baby socks, since he is my last baby. Socks by Carters.

Last year, Grayson had modeled for the kids company Skip Hop for their winter line of backpacks. Last week I got another email that they wanted him back! Today we were in NYC shooting for Skip Hop's newest items. I wish I could share them, but I will as soon as I get permission. They were so adorable! For now, I'll just share a pic of Grayson hanging out at the studio before getting ready in wardrobe. Shirt and jeans by H&M, shoes by Converse.

043 | 365 : Potty Update

I have been so proud of Grayson lately. He has been working that potty like its no ones business lately! With him being sick, we had a bit of a set back, but all in all, my little 3 year old is all about the big boy underwear. We are so close to being completely trained, but the only issue we have is the pooping. He's afraid to do it in the potty! Any suggestions? These super cute boxer briefs are from Old Navy.

038 | 365 : Accessories

I may be a tomboy, but accessories are my THING. I have always loved them, and with Sydney being such a girly girl, this is where we connect. Her love is for purses and shoes, but mostly hair accessories. She doesn't mind her hair being messy, mind you, as long as the hair accessory works. Her favorite right now is a headband from Kardashian Kids.
