259 | 365 : Hiding

I couldn't find my cat for awhile. She hides in the weirdest places, and I know she enjoys watching me search for her.

213 | 365 : Comfortable

My cat Shadow is incredibly weird. She is stretched across the arms of an armchair and a couch here. It doesn't seem comfortable to have a giant space missing underneath you, but she does this all the time.

073 | 365 : Dreary

Its a dreary, rainy day today. Even the cat is feeling lazier than normal.

042 | 365 : Turtle Power

Other than my cat, we have a guinea pig and 2 turtles. I guess that is par for the course with kids! Bowser is the larger one of the two yellow bellied sliders. I took him out of the tank for a few minutes so Sheldon (not pictured, and a bit smaller) can actually eat his food without Bowser eating it all on him. When we got them as hatchlings they were the size of a quarter. Now, these fellas can boast and say they are the size of my palm, possibly slightly larger!

024 | 365 : "Cat"urday

Due to an ice/snow storm last night, I felt a bit like lazing around today. Hard to do with 4 kids. Andrew, my stepson, is snow tubing with friends, and the girls are occupying their brother (probably dressing him up). I, on the other hand, am hanging with my first baby, my cat named Shadow. she's 8 years old, a tiny 9 lbs, and is always cuddling on me when she can (she HATES my husband for some reason). She's a wonderfully lazy companion to me.
